I just wanted to write to you as Sales Manager to tell you how amazing I think your team is!!

As you know I think Brian is the best fitter around, that goes without saying, and we have had amazing service from him over the years.
But also Gordon (aka Joe!) and Jim came this week to fit our Amtico which is just beautiful. They were so professional, friendly and hardworking. They asked me how I wanted things every step of the way and we worked together to come up with the best solution. They were fantastic and I am so pleased with my floor!

As you may already know we inherited a few problems with the Karndean flooring in our mid-level and top landings from the previous owners. I asked Chris to ask Gordon to have a look at the issues, which he did when he was here. He suggested we get help and advice from Stephen the joiner and with Scott’s help to organise, Stephen has come out to see the job today and has, in fact, fixed all three issues this morning, again in a courteous and professional manner. I am so pleased with the way he has fixed these issues.

The men also have left the house clean and tidy and swept which makes such a difference.

And that just leaves Chris, who we couldn’t be more impressed by. He is professional and knowledgeable and always remembers the house and is always great at communication which is the sign of someone who truly gives great customer service. He really is an asset to your team.

We genuinely would not go anywhere else for our flooring needs and your team, as a whole, are just fantastic.

Please pass on my comments to all those involved, you should all be really proud of the amazing teamwork and professionalism you display every day. Not to mention having great quality products and such a wide choice.
